Eileen brings 20 years of health system renewal expertise, including through her previous role as Vice President, Quality Improvement of Health Quality Ontario. She has held consultant, program leader, and executive team roles in four provinces in Canada and initiatives across the U.S. Eileen has led successful provincial healthcare improvement initiatives and specializes in capacity building for integrated health service redesign, primary care access and efficiency, chronic disease management and prevention, and leadership for quality improvement. As a leader in health system innovation, Eileen’s focus has been mobilizing partners to consistently meet and exceed initiative objectives while demonstrating improved performance at the local, organizational, and provincial system levels.
