With over 20 years of experience in process improvements and change management, healthcare leader and Lean practitioner, Kevin has a proven track record of driving operational improvements, program development and coaching. His expertise in integrated improvement analytics, coaching and development, patient family-centred care, and quality improvement throughout the organization’s continuum of care has ensured the delivery of exceptional services. With a special focus on clinic workflow, EMR, and efficiency supports, Kevin provides advice and support to QI/EMR practice facilitators and interprofessional teams to build their change management capacity to spread and scale system level improvements. This has included the development of tailored workflow tools and approaches and other relevant program materials. Previously, as a Senior Leader in Operational Transformation and Strategic Leadership in acute care hospitals, Kevin led leadership coaching and training initiatives while spearheading enterprise-wide transformation and improvement efforts ensuring that the hospital was consistently ranked #1 in Ontario for performance metrics (P4R) and the lowest wait time for patients in the emergency department.
